Detailed Process for Land Buying

The Purchasing Process Step by Step:

  • Choose the property you want to purchase by clicking on your desired property.  

  • Once you are on the property detail page click on the “Purchase the Property” button.  

  • Now you have to determine if you want to pay in full (Cash) or use our owner financing (Terms).  Select the option that is best for you.  

  • Once you have selected your payment option and proceeded to the next screen a brief, summary of the transaction will appear showing the cost breakdown.

 

Owner Financing Option (Terms):

  • If you are using owner financing, you will check out and pay the non-refundable document processing fee using a credit card, debit card, or PayPal.  If you prefer to send us a check or cashier's check you can do so.  Please contact our sales@kpaland.com or 1-888-429-5491 to arrange this payment method.  

  • Once KPA Land confirms the receipt of your payment we will reach out to you by phone or email within 48 hours and set up the remaining payments for your property.  Additionally, KPA Land will provide you with a detailed invoice and our terms paperwork which will need to be signed by the new owner.  You can pay with a credit card, ACH, or check.  

  • As the new owner you get to decide what day your payments are withdrawn.  If you decide to make early payments there are no prepayment fees. 

  • Once you pay off the seller financed note we will convey the property to the new owner. 

Pay In Full (Cash):

  • If you are using the pay in full option (Cash) you will check out and pay the non-refundable document processing fee using a credit card, debit card, or PayPal.  If you prefer to send us a check or cashier's check you can do so.  Please contact our sales@kpaland.com or 1-888-429-5491 to arrange this payment method.  

  • Once KPA Land confirms the receipt of your payment we will reach out to you by phone or email within 48 hours and invoice you for the remaining balance on the property you selected.  KPA Land will provide you with a detailed invoice.  You can pay with a credit card, ACH, or check.  

  • Next, depending on how you want the title recorded, KPA Land will record the title with the county recorder’s office or if you choose to use a title company they will handle this process.  If KPA Land is closing we will send you documents to sign in order to complete the transfer of title to the new owner.  If you are using a title company then the new buyer will pay for those costs.
