How To Buy Land

SELECT YOUR PARCEL 

From the Properties For Sale page choose the property you want to purchase by clicking on the specific property.  Next you will click on the “Purchase the Property” button and you will be directed to the checkout screen.

FINANCING

Once you are on the checkout screen you will select if you want to pay in full or use our owner financing.  For both options, you will pay a deposit to hold the property and a document processing fee to convey the new ownership of title.

SIGN AND SUBMIT

After KPA Land confirms the receipt of your deposit payment we will reach out to you by phone or email within 48 hours and set up the remaining payments for your property and to send you the property documents.  If you paid in full we will set up the remaining balance for your property.

ENJOY YOUR LAND!

Send us back the signed property documents and then you can enjoy your land!  For a detailed explanation of the process click here!

  • How do you acquire these properties?
    Properties are purchased through wholesalers, county tax auctions and direct mail campaigns.
  • Can I use a title company to close?
    Absolutely! We encourage buyers to use a title company or our trained staff can take care of title transfer for you at the cost of $250. A title company will cost approximately $600-$1400 depending on if you purchase title insurance.
  • How does the satisfaction guarantee return work?
    If you are not satisfied with your land for any reason, we can refund your money or exchange your parcel for another one within 30 days with no question asked! Your money will be returned less any title transfer fees.
  • Are there any liens, back taxes or past homeowner’s association fees on the lot I am purchasing?"
    All properties are cleared of any past liens, taxes or homeowner’s association fees.
  • Is there anything wrong with the property?  Why is the price so low?
    There is nothing wrong with the property. We offer a warranty title unless otherwise indicated and guarantee the title is clear or we will refund your money back. Our prices are lower then market value because we do not use real estate agents.
