Can I use a title company to close?Absolutely! We encourage buyers to use a title company or our trained staff can take care of title transfer for you at the cost of $250. A title company will cost approximately $600-$1400 depending on if you purchase title insurance.

How does the satisfaction guarantee return work?If you are not satisfied with your land for any reason, we can refund your money minus a marketing fee or exchange your parcel for another one within 30 days with no questions asked! Your money will be returned less any marketing and title transfer fees.

Are there any liens, back taxes or past homeowner’s association fees on the lot I am purchasing?"All properties are cleared of any past liens, taxes or homeowner’s association fees.

Is there anything wrong with the property? Why is the price so low?There is nothing wrong with the property. We offer a warranty title unless otherwise indicated and guarantee the title is clear or we will refund your money back. Our prices are lower then market value because we do not use real estate agents.
