Once you click the buy now button and complete the checkout process, we will receive an instant notification that your document processing fee of $225 was paid.  The $225 fee covers ALL of the closing costs for properties closed by KPA Land.  If you desire to use a title company the $225 will go towards the purchase price of the land and closing fees will be paid by the buyer.

The remaining balance may be paid by wire transfer, cashier’s check, ACH bank draft, credit card and/or debit card. We also accept Bitcoin, Ethereum and other cryptocurrencies. You may also use any combination of these payment methods.

Purchase must be completed within 7 calendar days of the date the document fee is placed.

Financing is available for the property with a down payment of $300 and monthly payments estimated at $284 for 36 months.  The $225 document processing fee is non-refundable and will reserve the property for you for 7 calendar days.  There are NO additional closing fees for cash or terms sales if KPA Land is handling the closing process for you. There is NO prepayment penalty, so you may pay it off at any time. You do not have to wait till the property is paid off to start enjoying it. You may start enjoying the property upon completion of the paperwork and receipt of your down payment.

KPA Land offers a refund of your purchase price within 30 days of signing the contract to purchase if the Buyer is not satisfied with their purchase.  Buyer will be responsible for covering fees to re-convey the property back to KPA Land.
